In these instances – and many others – being able to act in real time can save money, improve customer and supplier relations and tighten up the supply chain.

RHMFS needed to find an effective long-term solution that could operate alongside its existing infrastructure, without disrupting customers and business performance and that would not involve an enormous overhaul of its current methods and controls, possibly resulting in delays, disruption and lost business.
